Anna specializes in the acquisition & disposition of investment commercial
real estate. She is an expert in property valuation, discounted cash flow
modeling using Argus along with her proprietary software, operating expense
reduction as well as sale-lease back transaction in compliance with Financial
Accounting Standards Board (FASB) Statements 13, 66 and 98 in order to be
qualified as off-balance sheet financing.
Anna has worked with clients in office, retail, mixed use, industrial, and land
development transactions; including complex IRC 1031 exchange. She has
completed many private equity as well as institutional grade investment sale
transactions.
She is a public speaker and business trainer. She provides trainings to
commercial real estate bankers, attorneys, brokers, and various CCIM
chapters.
She consults banks and provides them with alternative solutions on their
distressed properties and REOs.
